  2. HI Jonny, a good read. It is always helpful to have someone breakdown the claims from a paid programme to help work out if it is worth it or not. I like your honesty here – challenging Rick!
    I always find these things amazingly persuasive…they say you are going to get $XXX value for $YY I wonder how they come up with the value in the first place because there is always such a gap between what they say the value is and what they are asking you to pay.       Thank you for your comment. Yes, I am huge on honesty! I love to pick out the lies in things like this. A lot of his claims are far fetched but i believe that the whole exercise routine with working out your hip flexors works.

      It makes sense that it is the most important part of your body because it connects your upper body to your lower body. To answer your question, I think it may be a sales tactic to try and get sales, but that does not mean his product is bogus. 

      Unlock your hip flexors is actually great, I have been doing it for about a month now and I feel amazing. I have so much balance and I am way more flexible now. I think you should definitely give it a try!!!

  3. Interesting program. You know recently I suffered a hamstring pull but I think subsequently it started with a hip lock thanks god it was a really bad pull it could be been worse. I actually went to the hospital because of this no joke. Really painful injury. And I run a lot without stretching properly plus I am a boxer and boxer do a lot of hip movements.

  4. This seems like a good program and I have researched not too long ago that hip flexors have very important roles with our body.

    I had very tight hamstrings a year ago and I’m almost certain that it was due to my hip flexors being tight.

    While I don’t have that problem right now, if I do I might look into this program.

  5. I think his claim that sitting is one of the biggest dangers to your health is actually quite accurate for the average person. I work a 9-5 job that requires me to be sitting all day and as a mother of four, I often have back problems that make it hard to get around.
    I noticed that it’s actually harder for me to walk after I’ve been sitting all day and my back hurts worse than when I’ve spent most of the day walking around.
    I agree that this is most definitely not a scam!

      I am glad you feel this way too. 🙂 Especially for old people. If they don’t stay active, they start to get sick and become very unhealthy. Their bones are already getting weaker with age, so that, plus sitting all the time is definitely a good recipe for weakness.

      Even for me, when I sit all day, i feel terrible. On the other hand, on a work out day, I feel stupendous!

  6. Increasing flexibility and strength at the same time is what is most important. I read in a sports magazine that Aaron Rodgers uses programs such as these to increase strength AND flexibility.

  7. Unlocking your hip flexors sounds like a very helpful plan for people who has all kinds of challenges in life. I know that the hip flexors are not a commonly used muscle, unless we work for a marching band or something.

    It actually helps with sexual performance which makes a lot of sense, because the hips are the best source of energy behind the whole process. It can also help you lose weight, and get better at other sports. Enough said. I take my hat off to Rick Kaselj who has discovered this and implemented programs to help people around the world.

    Of course, people with no legs obviously can’t use the program. Those people will have to go through a different training routine.

  8. Good review. You convinced me. I bought the program at the $15 level.

    I know how bad sitting is for you. As a senior Engineering Analyst, I am paid good money to sit for 9 hours every workday. I’m the second of three employees to be diagnosed with multiple blood clots in our legs and pulmonary embolisms in our lungs. The first guy died of his pulmonary embolism.

    I’m also in my 5th month of Physical Therapy because sitting so much has weakened key muscles in my hip and butt. The muscles that have been picking up the slack have been causing my thigh to rotate inward when I bend my leg. Physical Therapy has slowly been making my knee smaller than a grapefruit.

    A second physical therapist who is a friend of mine said a weak psoas muscle, which is the muscle this product is addressing, is the cause of my pain and limited mobility. A combination of exercising and stretching has been reducing the pain and getting the joints to work properly again.

  9. I like the pros of it and I want to have a better digestive system since I will eat a lot during my bulking period. And I sometimes have joint pain and I wonder how long later I will start seeing some positive results for it? Does this help with my pain soon?

  11. This is a great topic. I have a daughter that is a young adult and she is constantly having breakouts. I also have a young teen that hasn’t had a breakout. My older daughter eats differently than my younger daughter and I. We have a tendency to eat a lot of the foods on the list of “eat this”. Sure we eat out on a rare occasion, but we don’t make it a habit of eating out every single day.

    I do have a question though. I’ve heard that acne is contributed to a bacteriological build up in the pores. If this is the case, wouldn’t washing hands in anti-bacterial soap frequently & using an antibacterial facial soap help reduce acne in general?
