This is simply another marketing strategy just to make is sound good. Yes, her recipes are innovative and very high in quality, but who’s to say it’s the highest of quality in the industry? Most of the plans out there claim this, which makes it not true. The claim is a little far-fetched and really based on opinion, but Her recipes are excellent and easy to read. In the end, all her meals taste great and are effective.

The one thing I noticed about this program is, it is mostly geared towards women. Almost all of their members are women and that will mislead a lot of guys out their who are seeking a healthy diet. Both men and women can reap the benefits of this program and I know this because I am currently on this diet.

So if your a guy, be prepared to join a social network with all females. If you are a guy, don’t be alarmed, because this works for us too. Besides some other negatives I mentioned above, this is the only real issue I have with it. Everything else is flawless. For the most part Leanne comes off as completely honest and real.

She does not promise you will get a six-pack in a certain amount of time, and I like that because most diet programs give you misleading statements that you can get a six-pack in 6 weeks, or that you will lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks for example. She never claims anything like that because we all know it’s bogus.

Yes, if you follow this diet and eat all the planned meals, you will see a huge difference, and you will feel amazing. The truth of the matter is, the ketogenic diet is backed by science. A video of Dr. David Permutter on healthy pursuit confirms that The Keto Beginning is an excellent diet to follow. Sure, Leanne is a marketer, but she picked the right product to market and even has a doctor to back it up.

I guess with like all things, it requires persistence and dedication. And understanding your own body! Does she talk about people with chronic health conditions trying the diet? Thing is, I have a connective tissue disorder and so there are some non-ketogenic foods that I really need in order to keep myself running properly.

I can tell you put a lot of effort into this review about whether this program is a scam or not, and I love the content. I love how you mention that this takes effort and discipline, because so many people try and look for the “magic pill,” even though being healthy means it’s a lifestyle.       That is awesome man! How long have you been a body builder? Thank you, it is so true though. Many people do try and find the shortcuts to getting healthy but the truth is, there is no cheating health. You must have that drive and motivation. 

      Yes this will absolutely help, if you also mixed it with intermittent fasting and in your eating window eat good Whole Foods and protein, you will get that shredded look. You don’t have to mix it with intermittent fasting, but it would be very effective in getting lean. You should try it out.
