Milk also has growth hormones, which can cause the over growth of skin cells, thus blocking pores. Stay away from milk and you might end up getting the confidence you lack in your life.
3. Junk Food
Processed foods, Swiss cake rolls, Twinkies, chocolates, candy, is all going to have a negative role in the overall clarity of your skin. Just cut all the garbage out of your life, and not only will you reach that clear skin you always wanted, but you will also feel so much better and have much more energy in your life. Flour, white rice, white potatoes, bananas, grapes, cherries, watermelon, raisins, many cereals, white bread, soda, cookies, and crackers. All these foods are going to cause your blood sugar to increase thus causing an insulin spike and as we discussed before, that will only promote skin oils and breakouts. Cut these out of your diet and you will be golden.
